Sun: Race 26.2 miles at the Flying Pig Marathon
Mon: Cycle 16 mi
Tue: Cycle 6 mi
Wed: Run 5 mi
Thur: 6.5 mi (trails); Cycle 21 mi
Fri: rest
Sat: Run 10 mi; Cycle 7 mi
Totals:
Run: 47.7 miles on 4 runs (6hr 15m)
Cycling: 50 miles (3hr 19m)
A post-marathon recovery week.
There are some marathon details to write about. Its on the way, I promise.
Looking forward to a long weekend coming up. I'm sad to miss the Cleveland Marathon and instead I'm heading down to Virginia to run a bit in the Shenandoah NP and also to crew/pace for Dave at the Massanutten Mountain Trail 100 mile run.
Five weeks remain until the MO. I feel ready to tackle the last phase of preparations.
