Thur: 4.5 miles

A relatively easy week, due to the previous weekend's snowstorm along with the taper to Bull Run Run.

I went into Bull Run relaxed, with no expectations, and came away with a run where everything absolutely fell into place. A great day for trail running and many thanks to the folks from the Virginia Happy Trails Running Club for hosting a top notch event. Stay tuned for a detailed report.

Special kudos to my training partners of the last 4 months. Training through the harsh Cleveland winter, nothing short of a nor'easter would stop them at the Boston Marathon. I've heard from the finishers that the weather was not that bad during the race and the cold temps stayed away. Congratulations to Louis (3:23), Liz (3:25), Mark (3:26), and Denine (3:38). All I can say is:

O-HI-O!

Way to go. Wow!
