Massanutten preview

The occasion of the 15th annual Massanutten Trails 100 is reason enough for me to awake this dormant blog. While I'm undertrained physically, I plan to rely on a strong mental game to carry me along the 101.8 miles of MMT.

It's late and I'm ready to go. I have a plan for a 30 hour finish.
